Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes what the PhotoGO AI iPhone app ("App") and the website photogoai.app ("Site") collect, why, and who processes it. The App is published by Emil Airapetian, the seller listed on the App Store. Purchases made on the Site through the Faster Payments System (SBP) are sold by MARKET LINK LLC (ОсОО «МАРКЕТ ЛИНК»), Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Questions: support@photogoai.app.
1. Your photos and videos
The App asks for access to your Photos library so it can find duplicate and similar photos, blurry shots, screenshots and large videos, and compress photos and videos. This analysis and the compression run on your iPhone. The App does not upload your photos, videos or their thumbnails to our servers or to any third party. Information stored inside a photo, such as its location, stays in your Photos library and is not sent anywhere.
Photos you delete through the App move to the Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them for 30 days. You can withdraw the App's access to your Photos library at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
2. What the App collects
- Account (optional). You can use the App without signing in. If you sign in with email and password, Google or Sign in with Apple, Firebase Authentication (Google) stores your email address, the sign-in provider and a user ID. We also keep your email address and your referral code in our database.
- Purchases. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat receives your user ID (or an anonymous ID before you sign in), your purchase history and subscription status, and your device's vendor identifier. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details.
- Usage and performance. We use Google Firebase Analytics to see how the App is used and how well it runs. It receives events such as a scan or cleanup completing, with amounts like gigabytes found or freed; paywall views and purchase steps; and performance measurements such as how long the launch animation takes. Firebase Analytics also receives a device identifier and derives an approximate location from your IP address. These events do not contain your name, email address, photo content or photo identifiers, and we do not link them to your account.
- Settings and notifications. Firebase Remote Config delivers App settings. Push notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging, and your device is subscribed to topics for your App language and whether you have a paid plan.
- Promo and referral codes. If you enter a code or open a link that carries a creator, promo or referral code, we store it with your RevenueCat record to credit the offer.
We do not use advertising identifiers, show third-party ads, track you across other companies' apps or websites, or sell your data. The App does not collect crash reports.
3. The Site
- Payments through the Faster Payments System (SBP). If you buy through the Site, MARKET LINK LLC collects your email address and phone number to send the activation key and receipt and to help if a payment goes wrong. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers.
- Account. If you sign in on the Site, Firebase Authentication stores the same account data as in the App.
- Analytics and cookies. The Site uses Yandex.Metrika, which collects visit statistics, click maps and session recordings (Webvisor) using cookies. The script loads when a page opens.
- Support. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.
4. Who processes your data
Google (Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, Analytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging), RevenueCat, Apple, Yandex (the Site only) and the payment providers for SBP payments (the Site only). These providers may process data in other countries.
5. Keeping and deleting data
You can delete your account in the App's Settings. This removes your profile data from our database (email address and referral code) and your sign-in record. It does not delete purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat or the technical logs of purchase notifications. To have those removed too, write to support@photogoai.app. Analytics events are kept by Google according to its retention settings.
6. Your choices and rights
You can withdraw access to your Photos library and turn off notifications in your iPhone's Settings, and you can use the App without an account. You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data at support@photogoai.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
