Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

This User Agreement and End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between you (an individual user) and the developer of PhotoGO AI (herein "Licensor"), governing your use of the PhotoGO AI mobile application ("App") and the website photogoai.app ("Site").

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple iPhone devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the App Store Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to perform the following actions:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use the App in any manner that violates local laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Share your premium account activation credentials with third parties for mutual access.

3. Purchases and Account Synchronization

Premium features are offered inside the App as In-App Purchases or Subscriptions:

Billing: All billing, payments, and subscriptions are handled directly by Apple Inc. through the App Store payment mechanisms.
Sync: You may register an email account inside the iOS App to sync your Premium subscription status across your authorized devices.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to have the best experience, but if you need to request a refund:

All refund requests for subscriptions or purchases made inside the App must be requested directly through Apple Support and are governed by Apple App Store refund policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Licensor is not responsible for the accidental deletion of photos or media files by the user. Please remember: PhotoGO moves selected files to the system "Recently Deleted" album (within the iOS default Photos app), where they can be reviewed and restored within 30 days. Final permanent deletion is executed manually by the user.

6. Changes to Terms

Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after modifications are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
